The Winter Jam 2008 Tour
Tuesday, October 21, 2008 by New Beginnings Church of God of Prophecy.
I know this a little late but I would like to talk a little bit about the concert. First it was great. It was the first trip our youth group had gone on. We had an adventure going and coming. The atmosphere there was unreal you could feel something good was going to happen. There were several groups there to capture the attention of everyone. It was great to see that many people worship the Lord. They were all ages and from all walks of life under one roof for one reason. You will have to experience this for yourself at some point. There was some music I could live without but some people seem to really enjoy it. I’m grateful for the experience and grateful that the youth were touched. I know that they were not the only ones. I myself love music its a big part of my life. I know how the words to songs can minister to you. These bands have been blessed with a talent that came from God and you can tell they are were they belong doing God’s work. There was a youth leader there Tony Nolan that really connected with the youth. He was awesome and I have ordered a book he has written. They meant business about getting people to come to Jesus Christ.I think there were many people saved that day but we left before we found out how many, but like I said it was in the air. I know the youth would do it again in a minute.
